Black Box reveals break in communication language protocol

The black box of the crashed Polish President's plane reveals that the communication between the Air Traffic Controller (ATC)  and the pilot where in Russian and not in English. Meanwhile a senior air traffic controller at the air base has claimed that the Polish crew did not give the controller with enough information and when asked to divert to another airport they had refused to do so and expressed intention to land at the same airport where the weather was too bad to attempt a landing.
